Shipping Policy
All products are made to order and produced by our partner Gelato, with production facilities in over 32 countries worldwide. This allows us to print and ship your order from a location close to you, reducing both delivery time and environmental impact.
Production Time Most orders go into production within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Production time may vary depending on the product type and current demand.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery times after production is complete:
- Norway: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, or customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs and Import Duties For orders shipped outside Norway, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at habitus.vitaee@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate.
