Welcome to habitus vitae. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us Dignus is an online store selling clothing and other products with custom prints, produced and fulfilled by our partner Gelato.

2. Orders All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Pricing and Payment All prices are listed in NOK and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Shipping We ship to Norway and internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

5. Personalised Products Products with custom prints are produced specifically for you and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act §22 letter b.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property By submitting a design or image for printing, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Dignus is not responsible for designs submitted by customers.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delays caused by our production partner, carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian consumer legislation.
